Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Fats, oils, and grease (FOG) enter drain systems when Food Service Establishments prepare food and wash food equipment. FOGs solidify in the sewer, which can cause blockages in public drains, leading to flooding and expensive damage. Therefore, correct waste management practices are required for FOGs. Skip Hire Do’s and Don’ts Our staff have made some suggestions that will help you when you are planning and ordering a skip from Walsh Waste. Do’s Order in plenty time.
